Key Responsibilities: Foster a Welcoming Atmosphere: Ensure staff display attentiveness, friendliness, and courtesy to guests and team members. Supervise and Coach Staff: Motivate, train, and discipline front office staff according to hotel SOPs. Maximize Revenue and Occupancy: Analyze daily reports, monitor rates, and maintain oversight of the daily house count. Streamline Guestroom Turnovers: Coordinate with teams to enhance efficiency during high-occupancy periods. Maintain Health and Safety Standards: Ensure compliance with protocols for both front office and housekeeping staff. Conduct Regular Inspections: Uphold cleanliness and operational standards in guest rooms, VIP rooms, and public areas. Collaborate with Teams: Ensure timely room readiness and high service standards for VIPs and special guests. Oversee Inventory and Supplies: Order and monitor housekeeping and front office items. Prepare Staff Schedules: Align schedules with business forecasts, ensuring compliance with payroll budgets and productivity requirements.
