Chief Automation Specialist

Automation Engineering Position We are looking for a highly skilled Automation Engineer to join our team. We seek an individual who can design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Python and workflow orchestration tools. The ideal candidate will have experience with Selenium for web scraping and automation tasks. A strong understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is essential to improve application efficiency. The ability to configure caching mechanisms (Redis, Memcache, Hazelcast) to enhance system performance is required. We require the development of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture to improve scalability. The candidate should be proficient in working with various databases (SQL - Postgres, MySQL, MS SQL; NoSQL - e.g., MongoDB) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). A background in implementing Apache Kafka or similar messaging systems for data streaming is beneficial. We expect the successful candidate to establish CI/CD pipelines and adhere to DevOps practices. Familiarity with JIRA and Git for software development and collaboration is necessary. The use of AI coding assistant tools (GitHub Copilot, Cline, Aider, Continue, Cursor) to streamline coding tasks is expected. An understanding of ETL processes and Large Language Models (OpenAI, Claude) with Model Context Protocol and AI agents Frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph) is desirable. Key Responsibilities: Our ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using Python and workflow orchestration tools. They will also work on configuring caching mechanisms, developing RESTful APIs, and establishing CI/CD pipelines.
