Role: Dynamics 365, availability to work in Querétaro, Monterrey, Guadalajara or CDMX, hybrid mode. TATA* is looking for Dynamics 365 Support Engineer. Experience: +6 years Soft skills: Communication with Customer for requirement gathering, Detailed design and sign off. Good problem-solving skills Team player Willing to learn and grow technically Technical Skills: CRM Sales module and Power platform Knowledge in Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, configurations, customization, integration, reporting, dashboards, web resources, CRM solution file management, security model and UI.
