Project Manager Role We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our international Combined Cycle EPC Projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the feasibility of project requirements, collaborating in the definition and specification of project objectives, and providing technical support to the business unit. Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence. Maintain open communication with project teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure alignment and progress. Analyze and address project risks, deviations, and quality control issues. Main Responsibilities: Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, identifying key milestones, timelines, and resource allocation. Team Management: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations. Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and team members, facilitating effective communication and issue resolution. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in power plant project execution, with at least 5 years in leadership or management roles. Advanced English language proficiency. Proven track record of delivering complex projects within scope, timeline, and budget. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
