Financial Operations Assistant This role requires a detail-oriented professional to support the Finance and Accounting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely invoices, monitoring payments, and communicating with internal teams and external clients. Key Responsibilities: Issue invoices to U.S. clients in a timely manner. Monitor payments and resolve any discrepancies or issues. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients. Support month-end closing activities and reconciliations. Perform general clerical and administrative finance tasks. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in financial operations, invoicing, collections, or accounts receivable. Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, formatting). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proactive and self-motivated; comfortable working independently and in teams. Nice-to-Haves: Experience with QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software.
