Warehouse Logistics Specialist

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced SAP EWM Consultant to support a major logistics and warehouse transformation program in Mexico. This is a long-term contract role involving full-cycle SAP EWM implementation and support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP EWM configuration, implementation, and support, as well as experience with integrating with MM, SD, and transportation modules. Key Responsibilities Analyze business requirements related to warehouse and logistics processes Configure SAP EWM modules: inbound, outbound, internal warehouse flows, RF framework Lead or contribute to blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, and solution design workshops Prepare functional specifications for enhancements, reports, and integrations Integrate SAP EWM with SAP S/4HANA or ECC and other SAP modules (MM, SD, TM) Support testing phases: unit, integration, and user acceptance testing Provide training and go-live support for end-users Collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous process improvements Required Skills and Qualifications Minimum 5 years of SAP EWM implementation and support experience Strong configuration skills across core warehouse functions Experience integrating with MM, SD, and transportation modules Familiarity with warehouse automation, RF devices, and handling units Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently or within a project team Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP S/4HANA Embedded or Decentralized EWM SAP EWM certification is a plus Exposure to Fiori applications and Agile project environments Industry experience in sectors such as manufacturing, retail, automotive, or FMCG
