Job Summary: The Guest Services Manager oversees the seamless execution of premium service, ensuring a memorable experience for guests. A bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred, along with two to three years of progressive Housekeeping managerial experience. Demonstrated results-oriented management style, strong attention to detail, and ability to utilize disciplinary action processes are also essential qualities for this position.
