Job Title: Overseas Sales Director The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. Responsibilities: Develop and manage new business opportunities for heavy-duty trucks, including local policy research, homologation standards, logistics industry trends analysis, market dynamics analysis, and market research organization; Execute the company's overseas regional marketing strategies and plans to achieve performance targets; Establish and improve the sales network, promote product sales, and drive business growth; Maintain customer resources, particularly in port container logistics; Develop and maintain good customer relationships, actively explore customers' requirements, and provide related solutions; A positive and outgoing personality with a strong sense of target achievement and 5 years of sales experience in heavy-duty trucks. This position is also open to other Latin America regions/countries, including Brazil and Chile. Qualifications: 5+ years of sales experience or equivalent experience in the auto industry; Rich experience in overseas port container collection and distribution, customs import and export, automobile trade, etc. (preferred); Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills; spoken Chinese is preferred; Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Open-minded, organized, analytical, and quality-oriented, able to work independently; Team-oriented working attitude and intercultural understanding.
