Key Account Manager Opportunity Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sales process from discovery to closing and post-sale account management. You will represent our recruitment solutions, helping clients in North America find and hire top talent in Mexico and LATAM. Conduct research prior to sales calls to understand client business, industry, and hiring needs. Present our recruitment services in a consultative, solutions-oriented manner. Manage the full sales pipeline: proposal, negotiation, and close. Build long-term relationships with clients by staying responsive to their evolving needs. Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you must have: Advanced English skills (spoken and written). 4+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably selling recruitment-related services. Proven experience working with clients in the U.S. or Canada in a consultative sales role. Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to manage the entire sales cycle.
