Come and be part of this exciting journey. We have an excellent opportunity for a Materials Planning Intern in Monterrey. As an intern in the DBS MX Hub, you will have exposure to the business from day one and experience working in an international company. You will learn how DBS and Digital Transformation work at BAT. Your key responsibilities will include: Monitoring and following up on blocked stock in the factory, identifying possible actions to reduce blocked inventory. Leading the SLOBs meeting with the factory to ensure proper management and action plans. Taking ownership of the Inventory Health Report, maintaining visibility on slow-moving and obsolete stocks in the factory. Tracking and analyzing material duration reports related to ongoing and upcoming projects. Supporting the preparation of weekly reports to track potential material shortages, SKU changes due to material migrations, and other supply chain-related updates. We are looking for individuals who currently pursue a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. We require candidates to have at least one year remaining to complete their studies. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel are essential, as well as good communication skills to lead meetings and coordinate with different stakeholders. Fluent English language skills (spoken and written) are necessary for effective communication with teams in Trinidad & Tobago. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills are also required.
