Key Human Resources Role We are seeking a seasoned human resources professional to collaborate with business leaders in Mexico. Primary Responsibilities: Strategic Partnering: Work with business leaders to develop people strategies that drive performance and engagement. Labor Relations & Union Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws and agreements, leveraging expertise in managing relationships with unions. Generalist HR Expertise: Apply broad HR knowledge across key areas including employee relations, compensation and benefits, recruitment, performance management, and talent development. Consulting & Coaching: Offer expert advice and coaching to leaders on HR-related matters, including team development, leadership, and change management. Talent Management: Partner with Talent Acquisition and Talent Development teams to support workforce planning, succession planning, and identification of key talent. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, business administration, or related field. 5+ years of experience in HR roles, with at least 4 years in a strategic HR position. Proven experience working with unionized environments and managing labor relations. Strong understanding of Mexican labor law and HR practices for operational and administrative staff. Demonstrated experience in compensation, recruitment, performance evaluation, succession planning, and talent identification.
