Business Development Expert We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing innovative strategies to drive growth. In this role, you will focus on expanding and managing a portfolio of business partners while maintaining strong relationships to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Originate business leads by identifying market needs and trends. Maintain active business relationship building and engagement with partners. Develop a healthy sales pipeline by diversifying the partner pool. Conduct periodic competitor analysis to identify potential opportunities. Provide troubleshooting and business support to partners. Our ideal candidate has at least 3 years of work experience in business development within the financial industry, with a strong track record of success in dealing with partners and clients. Key requirements include: A strong base of business partners through personal networks. Experience in utilizing CRM tools as part of business development initiatives. Proficiency in utilizing Excel for data analysis tasks and PowerPoint for preparing sales pitches. Soft skills required: Strong interpersonal skills for effective relationship building. Ability to communicate in English and Spanish. Occasional travel is required (10%).
