Visual Content Creator

Graphic Designer We are seeking a creative and skilled Graphic and Motion Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a native Spanish speaker with excellent English proficiency. Preference for candidates based in Mexico, though not mandatory. Must have a strong sense of advertising aesthetics. 3+ years of experience in graphic and motion design Proficiency in graphic editors and animation tools Experience with AI tools for visual content generation Strong understanding of composition principles, typography, and color harmony Ability to work with open briefs: independently make decisions on composition, accent placement, and visual structure without detailed descriptions Skilled in working within brand guidelines: maintaining consistent visual style and adapting when creating new materials Portfolio required - please include link when applying Native Spanish with excellent English proficiency Remote work capability with preference for Mexico-based candidates Required Skills & Software: Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro Figma AI tools: Midjourney, Runway, Kling AI, and others Basic sound design skills: music selection, working with sound effects, audio editing for video content Key Responsibilities: Create graphics and banners for websites using neural networks Develop advertising materials: static and animated banners, video content Design presentations and visual concepts Work with brand guidelines: maintain stylistics, colors, fonts, and overall visual identity Prepare materials for print: merchandise, packaging, posters, and other collateral Work with sound and music in video content: editing, background selection, and synchronization with visuals Adapt creative materials specifically for the Mexican market audience What We Offer: Full remote work arrangement with flexible hours Opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI tools and technologies Creative freedom within established brand guidelines International team environment with focus on Latin American market Professional growth and development opportunities Competitive compensation for remote work Support from an established company with years of market experience
