E-commerce Manager Job Description As an experienced E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our online sales channels. This includes developing and executing comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase online sales, managing and optimizing performance on official company online store and third-party e-commerce platforms. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase online sales. Manage and optimize performance on official company online store and third-party e-commerce platforms (such as Amazon, Newegg, Best Buy, etc.). Establish annual e-commerce business goals and key performance indicators. E-commerce Strategy: We are looking for a talented individual who can develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive growth and profitability. Platform Management: The ideal candidate will have experience in overseeing product listings, content updates, and inventory management across multiple e-commerce platforms. Data Analysis: You will analyze e-commerce platform data to guide decision-making and strategic adjustments, monitor key metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and cart abandonment rates. Digital Marketing: This role requires collaboration with the marketing team to develop e-commerce-specific marketing campaigns, manage search engine marketing and display advertising campaigns, and implement email marketing and customer retention strategies. Inventory & Order Management: You will coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability, monitor order fulfillment processes and customer service levels, and resolve inventory and logistics-related issues. Market Trend Analysis: The successful candidate will research e-commerce trends and consumer buying behaviors, monitor competitors' online activities and performance, and identify growth opportunities and potential partnerships. Requirements: 3+ years of e-commerce management experience in consumer electronics or related industries. Familiarity with major e-commerce platform operations and optimization (Amazon, Newegg, etc.). Data analysis and interpretation skills, with knowledge of e-commerce analytics tools. Strong project management and multitasking abilities. In-depth understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce trends. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Bachelor's degree in E-commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Proficiency with e-commerce platform backends, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
