Expert Payroll Manager

Our team seeks an expert in payroll management to join our organization. This role is responsible for interpreting functional specifications, creating technical specifications, coding, unit testing and supporting system testing. We are looking for a highly skilled professional who can interact regularly with business users at all levels and developers to discuss business requirements and process enhancements. This position requires strong experience with schema, PCR, functions, LSMW, and payroll processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in payroll, project work experience, and working understanding of agile development methodologies. The selected individual will be responsible for preparing functional specifications, technical specifications, and test scripts for informal and formal integration testing. Additionally, they will provide technical assistance, problem resolution, and troubleshooting support. Understanding user requirements and preparing CR reports are also essential responsibilities of this role. Impact analysis and configuration level change implementation are key aspects of this position.
