Transform the world of recruitment with your expertise as we continuously seek top talent to fuel our growth You are a skilled recruiter who excels in delivering exceptional candidate experiences, delighting hiring managers with high-quality candidates? Do you have experience recruiting diverse talents across various disciplines? Are you well-versed in employment law principles? If this aligns with your profile, we're looking for an expert like you. Your key responsibilities will include: Drove global standard recruitment processes to ensure all hiring managers utilize the recruitment management portal and contractor corner effectively. Continuously improved the end-to-end contractor process from both candidate and hiring manager perspectives. Conducted regular workshops with hiring managers to ensure adherence to best practices. Supported managers in crafting compelling job descriptions to attract top talent. Updated platforms with relevant information to support hiring managers. Closely worked with hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process. Identified opportunities to enhance our brand presence. Proactively reviewed the candidate market specialisms to support key and new capabilities required within areas of recruitment. Developed talent pipelines to reduce agency reliance and increase referral campaigns. Ensured smooth transitions for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including onboarding. Effectively managed queries related to recruitment in a timely manner. Maintained up-to-date knowledge of HR and legal changes regarding legislation. Required skills and qualifications: Possesses an academic qualification in HR or equivalent. Has extensive experience working within a recruitment environment as a seasoned and successful recruitment specialist. Holds current knowledge of Employment Law within their area. Can interact with colleagues/suppliers/third parties at all levels. Demonstrates strong influencing and communication skills. Exhibits excellent interviewing skills. Has experience interpreting and applying Recruitment Policy and Employment Law. Is capable of managing and driving change in an evolving recruitment environment. Has experience working with recruitment management portals (SuccessFactors an advantage). Can legally work in the US. Fluent in English. Spanish speaker is mandatory.
