Job Title: Dynamics 365 Support About the Role: We are seeking an experienced professional to provide technical support for our Dynamics 365 platform. Key Responsibilities: Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, or remote sessions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues. Analyze customer requirements and develop customized solutions using Dynamics 365 modules and Power Platform. Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: At least 6 years of experience in providing technical support for enterprise software applications. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of CRM Sales module and Power Platform, including workflows, configurations, customization, integration, reporting, dashboards, web resources, CRM solution file management, security model, and UI. Experience with Power Flows and Power BI. Advanced understanding of cloud technologies, DevOps, networks, storage systems, servers, operating systems, applications, databases, and web platforms.
