Job Description We are seeking a skilled professional to establish meaningful partnerships with influential figures in the scientific community to create fresh avenues for enhancing patient well-being. This role involves working in collaboration with key stakeholders to promote local initiatives focused on enhancing patient value, such as Medical and Real-World Evidence (RWE) projects. Maintaining UCB's unwavering commitment to operational compliance, adhering rigorously to the highest professional standards as an integral part of daily operations. The Key Responsibilities Include: Cultivating strong scientific relationships with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and Payers, as well as possessing an in-depth understanding of UCB solutions, ensuring the appropriate therapeutic solutions are matched with the right patients at the appropriate times. Stay up-to-date with the latest scientific advancements, clinical research, and developments in Rare Diseases treatments. Swift and proactive identification and supervision of significant scientific and medical influencers, guided by the dynamics of the local healthcare environment and the needs and motivations of stakeholders (transitioning from actively reaching out to attracting interest). Exploring and pinpointing fresh avenues for enhancing patient well-being, including innovative solutions and services. Oversight and generation of data related to products and disease states, encompassing activities such as Investigator-Initiated Studies (IIS), audits, and Real-World Evidence (RWE). Providing assistance for clinical research projects, clinical development endeavors, and sharing valuable insights with the Medical Solutions Team and Scientific Lead. Acting as the foremost local scientific authority in specific therapeutic domains. Assisting market access colleagues as needed in presenting Real-World Evidence (RWE), Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), and clinical information to regional and local payer accounts and formularies. Comply with the administrative work to record properly the interactions with the HCPs and activities in field. Develop and comply with a tactic plan aligned with the medical strategy (i.e. scientific interactions aligned with the CFS of the strategy)
