Tech Triage Manager

Triage Program Manager Job Opportunity We are seeking an ambitious and organized Triage Program Manager to manage the intake, categorization, and prioritization of technical issues. The ideal candidate will have experience in triage management, issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, GitHub Issues), and bug lifecycle workflows. Responsibilities include: Managing the triage process to ensure timely responses and mitigation plans. Collaborating with engineers, data scientists, and PMs to reproduce, root-cause, and document technical issues or model deficiencies. Developing triage workflows, dashboards, and reports that improve transparency and reduce response time. Partnering with QA, LLM evaluation, and telemetry teams to identify coverage gaps and automate issue identification and regression tracking. Requirements for this role include: 5–8 years of experience as a TPM, technical lead, or program manager in software engineering, ML, or AI-driven product environments. Strong understanding of Gen AI technologies, LLMs, prompt engineering, and developer tools (e.g., IDEs, Git, CI/CD). Proven success managing cross-functional programs in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. This role requires excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
