Job Title: Workday Security Expert Location: Remote, LATAM Time Zone, EST Hours Industry: Pharmaceuticals Job Type: 6 Month Contract with Potential Extensions Rate: 550/day Euros Key Responsibilities: • Configure and maintain Workday security roles, groups, and domain permissions to ensure data integrity. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement access requirements, promoting a culture of compliance and security awareness. • Conduct regular security audits to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities, implementing corrective actions to mitigate threats. • Troubleshoot and resolve user access or security-related issues in a timely and efficient manner. Requirements: • In-depth expertise in Workday security configuration and tenant setup, including best practices for data security. • Strong understanding of HRIS processes and data security standards, ensuring seamless integration and compliance. • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
