Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily operations in various areas of the hotel, including public spaces, crew areas, and the pool. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills and have experience in guest-facing services. Maintenance: Collaborate with maintenance teams to address any facilities or equipment issues that may impact guest comfort or safety. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 2 years of guest-facing service experience in a luxury environment. Qualifications: Equivalent to a high school diploma, with relevant education, training, or experience that demonstrates required knowledge and abilities. Presentation: Confident, well-groomed appearance with a warm and welcoming demeanor. Languages: Good knowledge of English is essential, with ability to speak additional languages such as Spanish and European languages preferred.
