Senior Construction Project Coordinator

This Senior Construction Manager role requires relocation to Mxico Ciudad De , where you will oversee construction phases for land-based projects, manage contracts and vendors, drive project management software decisions, and develop strong relationships with stakeholders. Main Responsibilities: • Negotiate contracts, subcontracts, change orders, and purchase orders • Implement project management software to streamline operations • Hold vendors accountable for delays and cost overruns • Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors • Direct and manage activities associated with pre-design, design, construction, pre-construction, and closeout Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or architecture • 8+ years of experience leading commercial construction projects • Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational skills • Ability to travel internationally up to 50% of the time • Proficient in MS Office, Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar project management software Benefits: We offer a competitive compensation package and excellent career development opportunities.
