About the Role: We are looking for a System Integrator Sales Manager to lead and expand our strategic partnerships with system integrators (SIs). In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing joint go-to-market strategies, and ensuring long-term collaboration between our company and key SI partners. Experience working with government clients is highly preferred, as you will be expected to navigate public sector sales processes and build relationships with government agencies. Key Responsibilities: 1.Strategic Partnership Development Identify, recruit, and manage system integrator partners to drive sales growth. Strategic Development of Hytera's partnership (System Integrators), Account Control and Comercial support. Negotiate and execute partnership agreements ensuring business alignment. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with SIs, providing ongoing support and resources. Engage with government entities, understanding their procurement processes and identifying opportunities for collaboration through SI partners. 2.Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive sales and ensuring revenue and market expansion goals are met. Collaborate with SIs to create joint go-to-market strategies and business plans. Support partners in customer meetings, technical solution positioning, and proposal development. Leverage government sales experience to pursue and secure public sector contracts. 3.Solution Selling & Technical Enablement: Ensure SIs fully understand the value proposition and competitive advantages of our products. Work with technical teams to design customized solutions that meet customer needs. Address technical and commercial challenges throughout the sales cycle. Qualifications & Skills: 1.Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field. 2.Experience: 5+ years in sales, business development, or channel management. Experience working with system integrators, and also has solid customer relationship. Good understanding of SI business. 3.Preferred: Proven experience working with government clients or public sector sales. 4.Skills: Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies. Excellent presentation, communication, and leadership abilities. 5.Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with telecommunications, IT infrastructure, security, software solutions, or related industries. 6.Languages: Spanish as a native language (Optional English). 7.Availability: Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
