About this Key Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our LATAM team. This position is open to candidates based in Mexico or Colombia, with 100% remote work options available. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of sales success, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with key buyers and influencers. Key Responsibilities Generating new business opportunities and managing the sales process from start to finish. Achieving agreed sales targets and providing accurate forecasts. Nurturing and developing partner relationships within the designated territories. Required Skills and Experience Proven ability to sell solutions to mid to large-size retail and/or QSR accounts. Understanding of consultative and strategic selling processes. Desired experience working in the LATAM region, particularly within the retail sector. Drive, tenacity, and a positive attitude towards challenges and exceeding targets. A proven track record of quota achievement. Excellent presentation skills to executives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A self-motivated, independent, and creative thinker able to drive deals forward. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Language: C1 English is a must and C1 Portuguese is highly desirable. Knowledge and management of CRM tools. Ability to travel internationally.
