About this Job: The Time Critical Sales Executive is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing business opportunities focused on urgent and time-sensitive logistics solutions. This role requires strong commercial skills, technical knowledge of international logistics, and the ability to respond quickly and effectively in high-pressure situations. Key Responsibilities: Prospect and generate new business opportunities in the Time Critical segment. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in industries such as automotive, aerospace, and pharmaceuticals. Design customized logistics solutions for urgent shipments, including air charters, hand carry, and next flight out (NFO) services. Coordinate with operations teams to ensure timely and efficient service execution. Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry. Proven knowledge of Time Critical services. Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
