The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. Responsibilities 1. Sales target setting and execution: responsible for formulating and decomposing regional sales targets, executing customer order plans, and achieving annual sales targets 2. Store management: Responsible for store management, regularly empower and manage regional merchants or guides 3.product management: responsible for regional product structure management, help customers adjust and optimize product structure 4.channel development and management: responsible for sales channel network channel layout, development, management, maintenance, optimization 5. Market and user insights: Use multiple channels to collect target customer needs and competing product information, and form professional suggestions through comprehensive analysis 6. Development and implementation of marketing activities: Responsible for the development and implementation of marketing activities in the jurisdiction Qualifications 1. Language requirement: Chinese or English is preferred (if Chinese is better, it can be used as a working language, sales experience is not limited) 2. Educational requirements: Bachelor's degree or above preferred 3. work experience requirements: more than 2 years of manufacturing related sales experience, electric vehicles, motorcycles, automobiles, communications (such as mobile phones, computers, etc.), furniture and other industries sales experience is preferred4. 4.Others: Can accept business trips
