We're Hiring: Commissions Specialist | Full-Time (Remote from Mexico) Location: Remote (Mexico) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (CST) Employment Type: Permanent position Start Date: September 3, 2025 Salary: $20,000 MXN net/month About the Role: We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Commissions Specialist to ensure accurate and timely commission payments for our sales team. If you're skilled with numbers, enjoy problem-solving, and love working with spreadsheets and accounting software, this is your chance to shine. Key Responsibilities: Learn and manage Brandwise/MarketTime to process invoices and payments. Prepare commission statements using advanced Excel functions. Keep precise records in QuickBooks. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in commission data. Collaborate with internal teams using Outlook and Teams. What You Bring: 2+ years of accounting experience 1+ year of experience with QuickBooks Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking Advanced Excel skills Fluent in English (professional level, not native) Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Compensation & Benefits: $20,000 MXN net monthly salary 12 vacation days per year 15 days of Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo) Major Medical Insurance Only a standard HP laptop required No travel involved
