Job Title: Sales Specialist Company Overview: As a leading provider of innovative communication solutions, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Specialist to join our team. This role will play a pivotal part in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth through local dealer partnerships. Main Responsibilities: Maintenance of Existing Dealer Relationships: Ensure alignment with company objectives and foster strong relationships with existing dealers. Negotiation and Finalization of Dealer Agreements: Negotiate and finalize agreements with dealers, providing guidance and support to ensure sales goals are met. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitor activities, adjusting strategies accordingly. Channel Partner Support: Assist channel partners with quotations and proposals. Collaboration with Marketing: Work with marketing teams to develop effective marketing campaigns, promotions, and events. Demand Generation Initiatives: Drive initiatives such as product training, workshops, and seminars for channel partners and end-users. Industry Developments: Stay updated on industry developments, technological advancements, and competitive landscape. Required Skills and Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus. Language Skills: Fluency in English, and fluency in Spanish or Portuguese; Chinese is a plus. Other Requirements: Strong understanding of market dynamics, cultures, and business practices; exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills; ability to analyze market data.
