Job Title: Sales and Business Development Manager Job Summary: This position is responsible for driving business growth and brand expansion across multiple markets, including the Asia-Pacific region, the Middle East, and Europe. Main Responsibilities: Brand Product Sales & Promotion: Responsible for sales and brand management of SSD and DRAM products in various markets; Promote sales of dual-brand SSD/DRAM/memory card products; Develop business to increase brand market share and visibility. Market & Customer Development: Explore potential business opportunities, including new clients, channels, distribution partners, projects, and bidding opportunities; Understand regional market characteristics and industry trends, and formulate corresponding sales strategies. Customer Relationship & Maintenance: Maintain good communication and cooperation with existing clients, assist in solving sales and technical issues, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty; Collect local market intelligence and propose constructive suggestions and strategic adjustments. Sales & Profit Achievement: Formulate and execute quarterly and annual sales plans to ensure achievement of sales and gross margin targets; Analyze sales data, track performance, and manage budgets. Channel & Regional Operations: Establish and maintain good cooperation with local agents, distributors, and retailers to enhance brand coverage. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in International Trade, Marketing, Information Technology, Electronics, or related fields; At least 3 years of experience in international business or brand channel sales, preferably with a background in IT hardware or storage product sales; Familiarity with SSD, DRAM, memory card product features and markets; Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, able to communicate fluently with international clients; Proactive, with excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, able to work independently and adapt to cross-cultural work environments; Willing to travel overseas occasionally to support business expansion needs.
