We’re Hiring: Insurance Appointment Setter Location Remote – Mexico Schedule Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm / 10:00 am – 7:00 pm EST 7:00 am – 4:00 pm / 8:00 am – 5:00 pm CDMX Salary & Benefits Direct/Contractor (MXN): $18,000 - $22,000 monthly Benefits About the Role: We’re looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to help drive growth by connecting with prospective clients and setting high-quality appointments. This isn’t your average customer service role—it’s about building relationships, spotting opportunities, and fueling growth . Core Responsibilities Handle 100–200 outbound calls per day to qualified leads. Engage prospects, assess needs, and schedule appointments for our sales team. Maintain accurate records in HubSpot or other CRM tools. ⚡ Work independently while meeting daily and weekly activity targets. Support internal teams by providing updates on lead status and feedback. Experience & Skills ✅ At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (insurance, finance, accounting, or selling services to business owners). ✅ Strong experience with cold calling ; candidates without it will not be considered. ✅ Comfortable using CRM systems like HubSpot to track activity and follow-ups. ✅ Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
