TRI-K is expanding, and we’re looking for a dynamic Administrative Manager to help establish and grow our newly launched Mexico office ! The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage administrative functions and ensure seamless coordination across multiple departments. Key Responsibilities : General office support: Oversee the day-today administrative operations and support activities Manage office inventory, supplies, and facilities maintenance Implement and maintain efficient administrative processes Customer Support: Oversee customer service operations to ensure high-quality service delivery Manage customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain positive relationships B2B Communication, Pricing and Marketing: Facilitate effective communication with customers Coordinate pricing strategies and communicate with customers on pricing matters Inventory and Purchase Order Management: Plan inventory based on customer orders and forecasts (demand) Place purchase orders on TRI-K USA and other suppliers Manage the supply correspondence with vendors Logistics and Regulatory Compliance: Coordinate with Mexican logistics service provider on logistics and warehousing costs, product documentation requirements, regulatory and customs requirements Ensure compliance with local and international regulations Manage relationships with logistics vendors Finance and Accounting Support: Liaise with the USA Finance team to provide basic accounting activities Prepare and analyze revenue and cost reports Liaise with the TRI-K USA and Galaxy India reporting requirements team on invoices Education/Experience : Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Administration, Marketing or related field, 5 to 7 years’ experience in administrative management. Effective English communication skills both verbal and written, experience working with international suppliers and customers. Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively. Exposure to the personal care industry is a considerable advantage.
