Summary Design, development, and implementation of either live, online, or mixed delivery platforms & learning programs for all functional groups throughout the organization. Engages in the full instructional design cycle, uses and recommends technology-based tools to improve the instructional integrity of the organization’s learning assets. Key responsibilities Design and develop effective, interactive learning solutions, mapped to learning outcomes. Develop proposals, statements of work, project plans, high-level design documents, storyboards, and audio narration scripts. Incorporate technology and adult learning theory to broaden appeal of learning solutions (i.e. Web 2.0, audio, video, voice-over, simulations, experiential learning activities, animations, scenarios, graphics, etc.) Revise and updates current training materials according to system and design changes. Make recommendations to implement improved processes. Develop proposals, statements of work, project plans, high-level design documents, storyboards, and audio narration scripts. Requirements Minimum one year of Instructional Design experience is required. Strong English communication skills and advanced writing and grammar capabilities. Capable of working at home and on-site & schedule flexibility. Candidate must be located either in CDMX, Guadalajara, Leon or Puebla. Experience using AdobeCaptivate, Articulate 360, or similar eLearning authoring tools is required.
