A snapshot of your day as a FAS: Receiving and handling complaints from external and internal clients in Mexico and LSA, resolving problems associated with quality control products and software, providing clear support (by phone, WhatsApp, remote tools and site visits) step by step to users in order to solve the problem they have and providing an excellent service which will be measured by established KPIs, recording the process in our CRM (SF – Smax) you will conduct training in the use of products and software for end users and distributors in Mexico and LSA, following up on assigned accounts and ensuring the correct performance of our quality control solutions. Constant communication with the sales and marketing team to detect business opportunities and provide feedback on the status of each account. What you bring. · Organization. · Assertive communication. · Knowledge of technology. · Experience in customer service. · Clinical laboratory and/or blood bank experience. · Experience in the use of Bio-Rad products or similar. · Intermediate English.
