This candidate will be responsible for building a clean and effective user experience for our customer. By working cross-functionally, this candidate will understand needs from the product management, engineering, and business stakeholders and will be able to build solutions that fit those needs. Responsibilities Design, propose, and present scalable and concise models and frameworks for core partners experience scenarios. Ensure design collateral is effectively delivered to the engineering team to the agreed upon level of quality and timelines Writes functionality design specifications. Design and Drive implementation of prototypes, mockups, task analysis, usability studies, personas, user flows, wireframes, style guides, navigational structures, and affinity diagrams. Understand customer needs and motivations and integrates them into product design to contribute to user features and functionality. Act as consultant to other team leads and possibly manage external production and design resources. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design 5+ years' of experience in UX Design. Expertise creating a variety of interaction design documents including storyboarding, wireframing, creating design specifications and guidelines, user scenarios, task flows, conceptual models, competitor analysis, heuristic analysis, and annotated wireframes. Proficiency with all related business and design tools (FIGMA) Proficiency in English (C1+)
