Your Role at VTMarkets: We are seeking a dynamic and culturally aware HR Business Partner (HRBP) Manager to support our operations across the LATAM region , based in Mexico . This role will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders across multiple countries, ensuring HR practices align with regional needs and local labor laws. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in Mexican labor law , a deep understanding of LATAM cultures , and the ability to work across diverse geographies and teams. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary HR partner for business units across the LATAM region , providing guidance and solutions aligned with company goals. Ensure compliance with Mexican labor law and advise on labor regulations across key LATAM countries (e.g., Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Peru). Provide expert support on employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and talent management. Collaborate with local HR teams and COEs (Centers of Excellence) to deliver regional HR initiatives and support global programs. Support recruitment efforts and workforce planning to meet business demands across LATAM. Build strong relationships with local leadership teams to understand business challenges and identify HR solutions. Use data and HR analytics to identify trends and support business decision-making. Champion a culturally inclusive workplace that aligns with both local expectations and global standards. Lead or participate in HR projects such as change management, employee engagement, and leadership development initiatives. Provide coaching and guidance to managers on people-related matters. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification or Master’s degree is a plus). 5–7 years of progressive HR experience , with at least 2 years in a business partner or regional HR role. Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law and familiarity with employment regulations in other LATAM countries. Experience operating in a multi-country regional HR role , ideally within LATAM. Fluent in Spanish and English ; Portuguese is a strong plus. Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and levels. Solid understanding of LATAM workplace culture and diversity considerations. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a regional capacity.
