As a Senior Consultant in a Cyber Resilience team , you will lead the design and facilitation of cyber resilience tabletop exercises for clients. Guide teams through realistic scenarios, helping them identify gaps, improve response strategies, and strengthen organizational preparedness for cyber threats. Responsibilities Lead and facilitate tabletop exercises focused on cyber resilience and incident response. Develop realistic and challenging scenarios that illustrate emerging cyber threats and attack vectors. Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor exercises to organizational needs and objectives. Document exercise outcomes, including observations, lessons learned, and recommended improvements. Conduct debrief sessions to guide participants in understanding scenarios and developing corrective actions. Provide expert guidance on best practices for resilience, threat mitigation, and incident response. Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, incident response, or resilience planning. Proven experience leading or facilitating tabletop exercises and scenario-based training. Strong understanding of cyber threats, attack vectors, and risk management principles. Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills. Preferred Ability to analyze complex situations and provide actionable recommendations. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CBCP).
