Key Responsibilities: Process and manage RMA requests received from the internal team in LATAM and HQ China. Verify and validate product return eligibility based on warranty terms and return policies. Generate and issue RMA numbers and ensure accurate documentation for each case. Coordinate the return logistics with customers and internal warehouse teams. Track and follow up on the status of returned items, ensuring timely receipt and resolution. Work with quality assurance, engineering, and technical support for return inspections or failure analysis. Update internal systems with return details, replacement shipments, and resolution notes. Monitor and report on RMA trends and KPIs (e.g., turnaround time, return rate). Assist in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives related to returns. Provide excellent customer service and communication throughout the RMA process. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in related field, master is a plus. Proven experience in logistics, customer service, or inventory management (2–5 years in a similar role preferred). Strong understanding of RMA processes and policies. Familiarity with ERP systems and ticketing/CRM tools. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Good communication skills (both written and verbal). Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
