Customer Success Manager – Ciudad Juarez; Monterrey & Guadalajara (Remote) Now Hiring: Customer Success Manager – Mexico (Remote) Location: Ciudad Juarez; Guadalajara & Monterrey (Remote, with travel to client sites) Industry: Physical Operations, Fleet Management, Safety & Compliance Tech We are looking for a high-performing Customer Success Manager to help build and scale our client's presence in Mexico. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company chat empowers physical operations teams with cutting-edge AI-driven tools to improve safety, productivity, and profitability. As a founding member of our Mexico team, you’ll play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction, building long-term relationships, and ensuring clients achieve measurable success with our client's platform. What You’ll Do: Onboard and manage a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise clients. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across industries like logistics, construction, and energy. Drive product adoption, usage, and customer retention through consultative engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and resolve issues. Contribute to the development of localized customer success strategies and best practices. What We’re Looking For: 4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or B2B client-facing roles. Proven ability to manage complex relationships and drive customer outcomes. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in industries such as transportation, oil & gas, or construction is a plus. Comfortable using Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, Slack, and other enterprise tools. Must be based in Ciudad Juarez, Monterrey or Guadalajara and open to travel.
