Logistics Responsible

We're looking for a dynamic and proactive Logistics Responsible to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring the seamless flow of materials and supply chain efficiency. Key Responsibilities Global Materials Management: Oversee all activities related to the acquisition and international flow of materials required by company Mx, ensuring adherence to quality and operational standards. Demand Forecasting: Review product demand daily to maintain an efficient and timely supply chain, meeting the needs of internal stakeholders and external customers. Cross-Border Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between the site and our main manufacturing plants in Germany, and the United States, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration to achieve business goals. Quality Assurance & Compliance: Work closely with Supply Chain teams from Germany and USA and our 3PL partners, to ensure compliance with quality standards and operational requirements within the distribution center. Continuous Improvement: Monitor supply chain processes to verify they meet minimum quality standards. Identify opportunities for improvement to enhance operational efficiency and elevate customer satisfaction. Problem Solving: Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve logistics challenges, ensuring workflows align with company objectives and deliver exceptional results. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field. Strong organizational and analytical skills with a focus on efficiency and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships across global teams and partners. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of international logistics regulations and standards is a plus. Why Join Us?
