Kineo is global leader in learning technology committed to helping it’s clients improve their business performance through learning content, systems, and consulting. We are growing the team super-fast, and to achieve our goals at Kineo Latam , we are looking for a Business Development Representative. Will be responsible execution of the sales strategy in México that involves ensuring a close affinity with the Marketing team to generate marketing qualified leads. Whilst you will own the sales strategy for our products, and collaborate with Solutions Consultant colleagues to establish market focus at any given point in time. A key responsibility is meeting agreed organizational Point of Sale (PoS) targets and in turn, grow the LATAM region’s revenue. Responsabilities: Taking responsibility for the execution of approved sales strategies Taking responsibility for sales to new customers across LATAM Reporting sales strategy progress to the Kineo LATAM Senior Leadership team when required Positioning the full Kineo value proposition to address the needs of our customers Identify and qualify new business opportunities, in turn building an active pipeline of opportunities Generate new customer leads using a variety of methods, including cold calling, attending networking events and leveraging existing contacts Showcasing all Kineo product and service lines Team, Attitude and Behaviour: Working closely with the Marketing team Achieving goals and meeting deadlines despite obstacles Striving to exceed standards of excellence What we’re looking for: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in SaaS, EdTech, or tech consulting. Proven ability to generate leads via cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and CRM tools (Salesforce). Strong grasp of the B2B sales cycle: lead gen, qualification, demos, and consultative solution selling. Familiarity with LMS/LXP platforms, SCORM content, and marketing automation tools is a plus. Native Spanish speaker with intermediate to advanced English (required for cross-regional communication). Based in Mexico (CDMX preferred), with availability for remote/hybrid work and occasional travel across LATAM.
