AIR Americas is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to lead our growth strategy across Latin America. This role will be critical in driving new market entry and establishing robust distribution networks for shisha molasses. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in the tobacco or nicotine alternatives industry, with a proven ability to identify and execute whitespace opportunities and secure new distribution partnerships in emerging or underpenetrated markets. Key Responsibilities Market Expansion & Strategy Identify and prioritise LATAM markets based on regulatory feasibility, commercial potential, and competitive dynamics. Develop and execute tailored go-to-market strategies for each country, aligned with corporate growth objectives. Distributor Management Select, onboard, and manage distributors across LATAM, ensuring alignment with brand and commercial standards. Lead day-to-day distributor operations including demand forecasting (FCST), performance tracking, and issue resolution. Identify portfolio opportunities and co-develop activation plans to drive market penetration and brand visibility. Conduct regular business reviews and support distributors in achieving sales and execution targets. Sales & Commercial Operations Collaborate with internal teams to align sales forecasts with supply chain planning and inventory management. Monitor pricing, trade terms, and promotional investments to ensure commercial viability and profitability. Regulatory & Compliance Ensure full compliance with international trade laws and tobacco-specific regulations across LATAM. Coordinate with legal and CORA teams to manage documentation, customs clearance, and risk mitigation. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with marketing, finance, legal, and supply chain teams to support market launches and ongoing operations. Act as the commercial voice in cross-functional discussions related to product availability, pricing, and market feedback. Market Intelligence Track competitor activity, consumer trends, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions. Represent the company at regional trade shows and industry events to build visibility and network with potential partners. Qualifications & Experience 8–10 years of experience in export management in tobacco or nicotine products. Proven track record of opening, managing and developing distributors in LATAM markets. Strong understanding of LATAM trade regulations and tobacco compliance requirements. Excellent negotiation, communication, and cross-cultural relationship-building skills. Proficiency in export documentation, ERP systems, and forecasting tools. Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus. Willingness to travel frequently across the region. Location: Charlotte/ South and Central Americas (Mexico, Colombia, Argentina and Brazil)
