We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Operations Director to lead our regional operations - LATAM, drive efficiency, and deliver sustainable cost savings while ensuring exceptional service quality for our clients, contributing to our ongoing success and strategic goals. Position Summary The Regional Operations Director – LATAM defines and executes the operational strategy for the region, serving as the functional owner for operational excellence. The Director partners with Country General Managers and Operations Leaders to drive high-performing operations aligned with global priorities, safety, compliance, and customer service standards. This role is also responsible for leading the region’s operational excellence agenda , embedding Lean practices, and building sustainable continuous improvement capabilities across LATAM. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the regional operational strategy, ensuring alignment with global priorities, business goals, and compliance requirements; Lead and optimize regional operations to achieve financial, productivity, safety, and service quality goals across all LATAM countries; Drive the Operational Excellence agenda by implementing and strengthening Lean practices (VSM, Standard Work, Kaizen, Problem-Solving tools) to deliver measurable cost savings and labor efficiencies; Deploy and enhance Operations Management Systems to ensure sustainable performance improvements, consistency, and scalability; Establish governance and KPI frameworks, creating visibility of performance through structured dashboards and reporting across the region; Partner with Country General Managers and Operations Leaders to assess performance, identify gaps, and provide targeted interventions; Ensure strict compliance with company policies, procedures, safety, and regulatory standards across all operations; Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and customer focus, embedding structured problem-solving and best-in-class service delivery; Collaborate with commercial and functional teams (Finance, HR, Procurement, Real Estate, Security, etc.) to identify customer needs and deliver innovative, cost-efficient service solutions; Develop and coach regional operations leaders, ensuring capabilities in Lean, leadership, and change management, while motivating teams to achieve business objectives; Monitor and deliver financial discipline, ensuring effective budget management and achievement of regional targets. Measures of Success Consistent adoption and application of LATAM operational standards; Demonstrated improvements in cost efficiency, service quality, safety, and KPI adherence; Readiness and alignment of local operations to support deployment of global solutions; Maturity of Lean and continuous improvement practices at the regional and country level; Leadership capability growth across country operations teams. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Progressive leadership experience in Operations Management within large multinational organizations (publicly traded preferred). Proven track record of driving measurable cost savings and labor efficiencies while maintaining high service standards. Strong expertise in Lean tools (VSM, Standard Work, Kaizen, Problem Solving). Solid background in Operations Management Systems and continuous improvement. Strong leadership, communication, and influence skills in a matrixed, multicultural environment. Fluency in English and Spanish.
