Multinational company specialized in assistance services (home, medical, roadside, travel, health, and more) is offering a Operations Manager- Bilinguall Call Center This role will be responsible for leading the Bilingual Call Center Operations , including managing the budget, ensuring operational compliance, and addressing administrative matters. Responsibilities Measure the effectiveness of all processes (budget, operations, and management). Contribute to the company’s strategic growth as part of the executive team. Coordinate interdisciplinary initiatives and projects. Lead and retain Call Center Agents who provide assistance services. Supervise and coach Agents; performance reviews, and development plans to improve productivity and quality. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. At least five years of managerial experience in the insurance or assistance services industry (preferred). Conversacional and written english.
