Required Qualifications 10 years of experience in Data Engineering, BI, or AI, with at least 5 years in leadership or practice management roles. Proven success leading enterprise-scale data initiatives, ideally in consulting or delivery center environments. Deep expertise in cloud data platforms (Azure Synapse, Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift). Strong understanding of data architecture, integration, governance, and analytics frameworks . Knowledge of machine learning, AI platforms , and applied data science concepts. Experience managing large distributed teams and multi-project delivery portfolios. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and client advisory skills. English fluency (C1 level) for executive-level communication with global clients.
