Take ownership of production support activities and ensure timely issue resolution. Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain Linux-based systems and Hadoop clusters. Manage and support AWS services to ensure seamless operations. Provide 24/7 global support as required, ensuring uptime and reliability of critical systems. Implement and enhance Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) best practices. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. Qualifications : Hands-on experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles and production support. Strong expertise in Linux systems administration. Proficiency with Hadoop ecosystems and related tools. Experience with AWS services and cloud-based solutions. Ability to work in global support environments and flexible hours as needed. Preferred Skills/ Nice to Have : Experience with Managed File
