We need heart, execution, and fun beyond the confines of any description. /// INFLUENCER MARKETING COORDINATOR - EXECUTION The Influencer Marketing Coordinator (Execution) is the driving force behind seamless campaign execution. You’ll ensure influencer campaigns across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and podcasts run smoothly, on time, and with precision. From coordinating deliverables to managing deadlines and troubleshooting challenges, you thrive in the details and take pride in flawless execution. At The Outloud Group, it’s not just about checking boxes—it’s about delivering top-tier campaigns that leave brands and creators excited to work with us again. You’ll work closely with internal teams, influencers, and clients to keep campaigns moving forward, problem-solve on the fly, and ensure every element meets the highest standards. WHAT YOU’LL DO Manage campaign execution from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables stay on track Coordinate with influencers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and seamless execution Track and review influencer content for accuracy, brand alignment, and compliance with campaign guidelines Troubleshoot and resolve executional challenges as they arise, keeping campaigns running smoothly Maintain meticulous records of campaign progress, approvals, and post-campaign reporting Ensure all campaign elements are delivered on time, with a high standard of quality Identify and implement process improvements to make execution more efficient REQUIREMENTS Here's my background and what I've done before joining The Outloud Group team: 6 months of experience in operations, project management, influencer marketing, or a related field Fluent in English, with strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients, influencers, and team members Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines efficiently Detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and execution Ability to travel occasionally within Mexico and to the U.S. for client work, team events (offsites, meet-ups), and industry conferences as needed Knowledge of influencer marketing best practices and platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitch Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management software (e.g., Trello) Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team, with full-time availability based in Mexico /// The Outloud Group is a full-service influencer marketing agency that creates & executes strategic campaigns to deliver measurable results.
