Bring world-class recruitment practices to our Global Community as we never stop looking for talent to grow with our business Are you a recruiter who ensures the perfect candidate experience? Delighting Hiring Managers with great candidates? Have you experience recruiting talent across a variety of disciplines? Do you understand the principles of employment law? If this sounds like you, we are looking for talent just like you. Your main duties will include: Drive Global Standard Recruitment process to ensure all hiring managers are using the recruitment management portal and contractor corner effectively. Continuously look to improve the end to end contractor process both from a candidate and hiring manager experience. Conduct regular workshops with hiring managers to ensure best practice is followed. Supporting manager with writing compelling job descriptions to attract the best talent. Updating platform with relevant information to support Hiring Managers. Work closely with the hiring managers to support a seamless recruitment process. Identify and roll out opportunities to strengthen our Brand. Proactively review the candidate market specialisms to support key and new capabilities required within your areas of recruiting. Proactively build talent pipelines to reduce agency reliance and increasing referral campaigns. Ensure all Candidates and Hiring Managers have a smooth transition from start to end of the recruiting process following through to the on boarding process Deal with any queries relating to recruitment effectively and in a timely manner Stay up to date with HR and legal regarding any changes to legislations etc. You must have the following skills and experience: Have an Academic qualification in HR or equivalent Be experienced in working within a recruitment environment as an established and successful recruitment specialist Possess an up to date knowledge about Employment Law within your area Be able to interact with colleagues/suppliers/third parties at all levels Demonstrate strong influencing and communications skills Have excellent interviewing skills Have experience in interpreting and applying Recruitment Policy and Employment Law Know how to manage and driving change in an ever-evolving recruitment environment Have experience working with recruitment management portals (SuccessFactors an advantage) Be able to legally work in US. Fluency in English. Spanish speaker is a must
