I. Responsibilities Responsible for monthly payroll calculation, personal income tax declaration, and social security contributions (IMSS, INFONAVIT, etc.) for Mexico-based employees. Ensure full compliance with Mexican labor laws and tax regulations, and respond to employee payroll inquiries promptly. Coordinate end-to-end HR administration for local employees, including on-boarding, off-boarding, probation management, contract renewals, and employee record maintenance. Ensure smooth execution of HR processes and compliance with local requirements. Provide general HR support for local office operations, including attendance, leave management, and basic employee relations issues. Assist headquarters in implementing localized HR policies and welfare programs (e.g., insurance, medical check-ups) in line with Mexican labor law. Work closely with headquarters HRBPs to deliver localized HR solutions and execution support for business units. Act as a communication bridge to ensure alignment between local practice and company policies. II. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above; minimum 3 years of HR experience, with solid experience in payroll and benefits administration in Mexico. Familiarity with Mexican labor laws and social security systems (e.g., IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAT payroll taxes). Ability to manage payroll independently and ensure compliance. Strong organizational and coordination skills. Capable of handling a broad scope of HR operational tasks with attention to detail and execution. Excellent cross-cultural communication skills to support effective collaboration between headquarters (primarily in China) and the local team. Fluent in English (working language). Chinese language skills are preferred but not required. Must have legal authorization to work in Mexico (valid work visa, residency, or other eligible status).
