Restaurant Equipment Sales — Commercial Kitchen & Restaurant Equipment (Inbound, English | Remote, US Market) For my client — a leading online restaurant supply store with over 22 years in the business, thousands of wholesale-priced commercial kitchen products, and a mission to make every purchase smooth, informative, and enjoyable — we are seeking a Restaurant Equipment Sales. In this role, you’ll fuel revenue growth by turning every inbound inquiry into a closed deal, using your deep product knowledge and consultative flair to guide U.S. restaurant operators through our premium equipment catalogue. WHAT WE’RE SEEKING IN OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE: 1. Minimum 3 years’ B2B sales experience in restaurant, hospitality, foodservice, or commercial-equipment sectors 2. Proven track record hitting aggressive targets in a consultative sales environment 3. Deep understanding of commercial kitchen operations and equipment categories 4. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, Business, or equivalent industry experience preferred 5. Professional English fluency 6. Mastery of CRM tools, digital sales platforms, and remote-work software 7. Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage a remote workload independently 8. Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills Special Skills & Knowledge Deep, hands-on grasp of restaurant operations and commercial kitchen equipment Quick study able to absorb and articulate complex product specs on the fly Relationship-focused and solution-driven mindset to maximize client satisfaction and revenue Main Job Functions 1. Inbound Lead Conversion — Respond promptly to warm leads (phone, chat, email), qualify needs, and close deals without cold calling 2. Sales Targets — Aggressively pursue monthly revenue goals, track your pipeline in CRM, and report progress to management 3. Consultative Selling — Assess each customer’s kitchen operations, recommend tailored solutions, and upsell complementary products 4. Quote & Order Management — Prepare accurate proposals, finalize orders, assist through payment, and confirm delivery details 5. Customer Education — Leverage our educational resources to inform buyers about features, benefits, and best practices 6. Relationship Building — Nurture post-sale relationships to secure repeat business and referrals 7. Cross-Functional Collaboration — Work with marketing, product, and customer-support teams to resolve issues and refine sales processes 8.
