The Medical Staff Onboarding Specialist supports our client by managing key administrative and credentialing tasks required for the timely onboarding of Clinicians. This role reports directly into senior leadership and requires exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through. You will handle sensitive information, ensure data integrity, and support operational efficiency across the Medical Staff Services team. Key Responsibilities Manage internal onboarding tasks to meet cycle-time goals. Complete defect analysis, request & release processing, and timely follow-ups. Perform accurate data entry of clinician credentials, licenses, DEA, Board Certifications, CV parsing, and privilege dates. Upload and maintain all credentials in Qgenda and shared drives. Monitor credential expirations and request updated documentation. Request Certificates of Insurance as needed. Maintain daily operational reports and ensure data quality. Support the creation, mapping, and updates of DocuSign templates. Escalate non-responsiveness, discrepancies, or questionable information. Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold data integrity. Communicate consistently with clinicians and internal teams, providing clear status updates. Required Skills & Competencies Strong focus, accuracy, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently, manage time, and prioritize under deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to analyze information and identify issues proactively. Professionalism when interacting with senior leadership and internal stakeholders. Technical Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) . Experience with Salesforce , DocuSign , and QGenda strongly preferred. Ability to manage digital files, databases, and credentialing platforms with high accuracy. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Experience in medical staff services, clinician onboarding, credentialing, or healthcare operations strongly preferred. Prior experience handling confidential information and data-sensitive workflows.
